      Pros

      Company will hire anyone, mostly graduates with no experience. Free tea and coffee.

      Cons

      Company is nearly 6 years old, not a start-up anymore. The company uses a Statup-Mentality to demand more from its workers, to work longer hours and settle for poor office conditions. Middle management team typically lasting less than 6 months.

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
