      Racist, Sexist, Incompetent Management - Business Developer Ebury Employee Review

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.

      Pros

      It's a good place to break into the industy and have a first feel of financial services

      Cons

      hardcore sales environment, wiht a cut throat policy to hit quota. After a while can get very repetive and boring
