The hiring process was quick. It’s easy to get hired and get a job.

- Even after a year, staff members were still stuck working as temporary employees with no stability - Management refused to hire enough people and forced the current staff to handle excessive workloads. - Employees were expected to do everything while permanent positions were never offered. - It felt extremely unfair and disrespectful to demand so much work without providing proper security or recognition. - Staff members were denied better pay, stability, and full company benefits despite the amount of work being expected from them.
