Decent pto and leave balance, although it’s not technically PTO.

Stay away from this company. I worked for them for a year, and they were probably one of the worst defense companies I have worked for. Terrible management, terrible leaders, terrible CEO. No paid holidays, and no real PTO, they fire people with no notice who are actually doing good work, just don’t fall into their terrible status quo.

It's leadership cares. Promote s developmental opportunities, work life balance, collaboration across sectors and rewards accomplishments. The benefits are generous. The perks are numerous. Their HR Dept. Is second to none. I am a military vet and Federal Government employee (retired) with >45 years. It's a small company making huge strides.

None for me at all.
