Great colleagues but poor leadership and slow promotions

The people who end up hired there are amazing to work with

Leadership is not transparent, those hired to be upper management talk negatively to their employees, it takes forever to get promoted if you are in a position that should be escalated

Decent pto and leave balance, although it’s not technically PTO.

Cons

Stay away from this company. I worked for them for a year, and they were probably one of the worst defense companies I have worked for. Terrible management, terrible leaders, terrible CEO. No paid holidays, and no real PTO, they fire people with no notice who are actually doing good work, just don’t fall into their terrible status quo.

Salary wasn’t even worth it. Go broke before spending your days around people this incompetent.

Cons

No integrity, leadership team is a complete joke. I’m a former TSgt, Air Force veteran and it was disgusting to find out this is who makes money off the Defense Industrial Base.
