The Staff discount is very reasonable on devices and Juices, especially if you are used to pretty steep pricing anyway.
Cons
Well.. Starting with the company was certainly exciting and something of a positive challenge. We strived to offer something our highstreet didn't:- competitive service and competitive prices. Internally however, the company was continuing to expand well past it's infrastructural capacity. 2 Area Managers across 50+ stores up and down the UK. This eventually turned into an utter madhouse, leaving behind a rather familial company atmosphere into something you'd expect from working for a large multi-national. Safe to say, it wasnt great in the end, especially when Area Managers are changing every week (in an attempt to try and sort themselves out structurally), different 'house' rules from these changing managers, meaning that you are inevitably going to get given 'a word' for something, somewhere, as well as a completely incoherent set of 'Support Staff' that has no clue about the stores they are being put in, meaning every time you take a holiday, you have lost some number of customers because consistency from within the store has been compromised. Always an uphill struggle. Many, many more issues, especially surrounding Pay, and nonsense rules within the store in which the company expect you to keep up with in-store devices, meaning the company attempts to contractually keep you spending instore whenever stock is rotated out in favour of 'newer' stock.
