Pros
You worked with a crew that had fun together, breaking goals and making more because we wanted to earn the bonus haha. Overall, was decent pay for the job, and worth the time if you actually took care of your body and ate properly, used proper movement mechanics and followed procedures.
Cons
Some bits of the job were repetitive, like cleaning out totes and if you didn't watch it could impact your wrists, spine and a few other tender areas. Let's go ahead and say that you would NOT want to do this work for more than a year or two before long term issues can begin to be a problem, but that's a whole different issue because humans were simply not designed to perform repetitive motions in a warehouse environment day after day for years.
