Boutique firm with greater flexibility than large brands. Intense focus on L&D with Eclipse Academy, Book Club, Knowledge Exchange, and some employee certification programs. Flatter org structure so there is a lot of visibility on firm initiatives, easy access to the leadership team.
Cons
Not having a well known brand does make it more challenging to win new deals sometimes, although in others it is a strength with plenty of social proof available in the marketplace. Individual deals can have larger impacts on the top and bottom line of the firm.
