Pros
During my internship, I received a generous stipend of ₹35,000 per month, and upon completion, I was offered a package of 8 LPA. The work-life balance here is truly commendable.
I was part of the TechOps team, and as we all know, sometimes weekend work is unavoidable. Even if I worked just one or two hours on a weekend, the company rewarded me with a full compensatory day off. The management is so dedicated to employee well-being that they insisted I take time off and rest whenever I contributed on weekends. This was one of the best things I experienced.
They are extremely supportive and attentive towards new joiners, making the transition smooth and comfortable.
Since it is a fully remote job, the HR department goes above and beyond to keep the culture lively. Every Friday, they organize “Fun Friday” sessions where we would play online games together — sometimes GTA 5, sometimes PUBG. This made the work environment exciting, refreshing, and full of energy.
I truly miss my internship days here.
Cons
If I really have to count something as a “con,” it would be that the company is too careful about employees’ health and well-being. Since it is a 100% remote job, management ensures that we don’t get stuck at home all the time — so they plan exciting outings every single month.
During my 6-month internship alone, I got the chance to tour Thailand, South India, North East India, Kashmir, and many more places. Honestly, it sometimes felt overwhelming to have so many opportunities to travel while also working!
Other than this, I couldn’t find any real cons. The company is simply fantastic.
