      Everything you would want in a company. Salary , HSE, HR, BD, operations and professional development are all optimal.

      None as far as I can tell. Great company, amazing people.

      Pros

      Working in an outdoor environment, and travelling to work sites far from town. Working solitary on site, with plenty down time of waiting for work.

      Cons

      Long hours, and never ending work. Vacation time is well needed a few times a year.
