Pros

you will have work always more work lots of hours

Cons

expectations for tech to go above and beyond, to constantly put the company and customer first, to provide outstanding service, open availability for when ever the company dilesires it. yet raises are at under 3% and inflation just keeps going up. company will demand more from techs and give minimum in return if you have 1 job all day they will put it at the end of your route, at the last time slot to keep you there longer, then spin their excuses thought you wanted more hours. they would rather have internal competitions for techs to win prizes, than give raises to better off the employees home life, yet they just keep making their money when the techs perform yet never compensated for the constant above and beyond

Pros

The positives are everything you get with every other pest control company. Nothing special here despite their promises. The sales boot camp will excite you about the company. Following that you will be met with disappointment.

Cons

The primary issue within this organization is a systemic failure of leadership, extending into upper management. There is a documented pattern where "PK" and the management team prioritize protecting underperforming leadership over addressing clear operational incompetence. Rather than investigating root causes or procedural anomalies, the default culture is to deflect blame onto staff members who are simply trying to do their jobs and support their families. This "circle the wagons" mentality creates a toxic environment where grit and hard work are met with disrespect. When upper management refuses to see past the performance of their direct reports, they lose the pulse of the company and the respect of the people who keep it running. If Marcus and Bobby are still running the show. Stay away. Only met with disorganization.
