Pay needs to improve across the board especially for those who have been there a while because it'll show they're valued by the company, instead of the safety wage if you don't hit target. Holidays should be more flexible because three weeks every August is the most expensive time to go away and someone always has to be working through for customers. I'm not sure but never seen anyone who works a week through August get a full week off at any other time.
