There is a lot of horizontal mobility, and directors are often more than willing to encourage cross-departmental work and collaboration, making it easy to explore different roles and responsibilities. The culture at Ecogy is inclusive, professional, and warm. Everyone is invited to after hours events and they are often sponsored by the company and new employees are always greeted with excitement and celebration.
Cons
As a small company, it can sometimes be difficult to juggle responsibilities across multiple specialties and projects. You need to be able to manage your own responsibilities in addition to any other "extra-curricular" responsibility that may fall on you.
