They pay on the 10th to withhold 10 days of pay if you leave. They offer low salaries while falsely claiming a "healthy work environment." Growth is limited to job titles with minimal pay increments. Management (just 4 people) can’t handle dissent and reacts unprofessionally. Rarely part on good terms with employees. Deduct salaries unreasonably. They lack sincerity and don’t prioritize employee well-being. Suggestion: Talk to former employees on social media before joining.
