Was a great learning experience for me, was given a free hand in deciding how to go ahead with any piece of work, was ample feedback and direction on tasks assigned. Though the heads of the organisation are based in UK, in spite of the time difference, they are mostly available for every employee to free to reach out to them. Had the opportunity to meet and work with some wonderful and supportive colleagues and built a great rapport with the entire team, including the management.

Distant reporting was a problem at times to convey the intent/justification regarding tasks assigned. However, effective and timely communication would be the key to avoid such issues.

EPG helped me out in all the platforms whenever I needed. The stipend and paperwork turnaround time is really higher.

Require resources to monitor either individual reviews or the service reviews system as a site feature.
