Pros
Econosoft Inc is a great staffing agency that will always keep you working. The management team is wonderful. They have never let me down on any temp to perm positions that they were recruiting for.
Cons
Flexible work/life balance - they are extremely understanding of emergencies and illness. I like this. Relaxed dress code - I wore leggings and sneakers to work every day except when I had client meetings.
