Growth opportunities hindered by communication challenges - Human Resource Administrative Ecoplastic America Employee Review

I am thankful for my experiences at Ecoplastic America. As a fresh college grad I didn't know much about how an industry functioned, how important it is to be able to get along with people very well, and how to communicate effectively. I also didn't have any hands-on experience of dealing with SAP, MES, Excel, etc. While the work at Ecoplastic is hard, for me it was worth it to develop myself as a human being. I am grateful for all that Ecoplastic offered me.
