      Good professional growth, industry leader Mark is an amazing genius to work with, although he has all the pros and cons of being a genius

      Culture used to be better - now company may do projects of average quality and feel no shame for it

      Pros

      Very good corporate culture. It is based on principles of meritocracy and two main values – freedom and responsibility. You can choose the projects you want to participate in, but you are also responsible for your workload and billing rates.

      Cons

      Requires high self control skills.
