Pros

- great colleagues - some nice benefits (general learning budget, transport…) - actual tree planting makes you feel goos

Cons

- founder mode: what CEO says has to happen, all is based on his gut instinct, zero space to thrive or be innovative - no clear roadmap or iterative approach to product work - no clear roadmap or marketing plan - does not hire juniors or develop talent properly - recent high turnover with 1/3 of the company leaving - no Workers Council, in fact it failed and initiators were fired

Pros

- work/life balance - people are really nice and truly caring - people around are very motivated - you can see real impact of your work - clear salary model: there is not a big difference between lowest paying job and highest.

Cons

- The work itself is not always challenging; if you want to build complex systems, it probably is not the right place.

Pros

My colleagues are amazing people. Smart, motivated, caring, which great sense of initiative and responsibility. The company mission is inspiring like very few others in the tech world. I also still get to do interesting work, and can fully trust my team.

Cons

Leadership is crushing motivation by imposing more pressure and less worker protections when it comes to mental well-being. Anyone that disagrees is invited to leave, all in the name of become a more efficient company. Sadly the current industry climate is very uncertain, but doubling down on this stress with more pressure is a recipe for disaster. The leadership must be reading from Elon Musk's guidebook of how to ruin great workplaces...
