My colleagues are amazing people. Smart, motivated, caring, which great sense of initiative and responsibility. The company mission is inspiring like very few others in the tech world. I also still get to do interesting work, and can fully trust my team.

Leadership is crushing motivation by imposing more pressure and less worker protections when it comes to mental well-being. Anyone that disagrees is invited to leave, all in the name of become a more efficient company. Sadly the current industry climate is very uncertain, but doubling down on this stress with more pressure is a recipe for disaster.
