The company can be slow to make decisions

Company started from great, true values. Great products, it's a pity the back-end isn't so clean.

Managementin particular was a nightmare to deal with, right until the end. Changes on the whim, and treated staff like minions. CEO doesn't know what they're doing. It's an absolute mess. Company grew too fast, felt like nothing our team contributed was going anywhere. Feels like a corporate machine, rather than a grassroots company. Lots of lost sheep, and deadlines are way too intense. Just search 'ecostore permanent recall', and 'ecostore discrimination' to get a feel. The company is peppered with lawsuits through their history from customers to their own staff at almost every level.
