Cons
- Not many food options for lunch within walking distance to the office. - Not located on the subway line. - Open-space office which can be distracting when coworkers are talking or on the phone. - Poor company structure, as there is lack of consistency or standard for certain procedures and work flows that can make it frustrating when trying to complete your work. - No HR department. One of the bosses is the HR, which is not exactly inviting for complaints or concerns. - No company medical insurance. Only give a small amount of money to be spent as you wish for the year, which can be claimed by submitting a purchase receipt.
