Pros
Potential was hot as it was going to be the first trendy luxury fashion action sport brand. However, it remained to be seen who would wear Ed Hardy graphics anymore. Remember Von Dutch, ugh!
Cons
The company was a licensor of the Ed Hardy brand, known as Winter Concepts. Financed by credit cards while the CEO drove a Bentley and was flipping houses in Beverly Hills, Also Christian Audigier who had the master license made us use five Ed Hardy tattoo graphics on every garment and snowboard product that we made. WTF? Potential to succeed was not possible given the above issues. EHS was destined to implode. And they liquidated so I was stiffed!
