      Great support system, active and on going training for agents. Robust prospecting systems in place that enable you to build your data base/pipeline. Chic office space close to RTD Light Rail. Great leadership and open door policy to upper management.

      Cons

      A bit far from my home but otherwise no complaints.

      Supportive team and guidance, TCs paid for by company, fair splits for agents, leads provided, accountability and help to ensure your success from mentors and colleagues, great culture in office. Management is willing to listen to suggestions and pivot to help agents and other team members.
