Leadership and Management care about each person and it shows. Group lunch daily to connect and laugh. Employees are nationwide and 90% remote, Unlimited leave, friendly and inclusive culture, exceptional IT equipment and support. So much opportunity for growth even if it takes you to another state you can stay with the company. Maternity/ Paternity leave. No waiting period for benefit enrollment & 401k match whether or not you contribute.

Growing fast and need support. Would be more fun if more people came to the office but I think that will happen organically as Covid goes away.
