Pros

Working at EdNex has been a rewarding experience. The company provides exposure to innovative technologies in STEM education, robotics, AI, industrial automation, and educational solutions. Management encourages learning, creativity, and taking ownership of projects, allowing employees to build valuable skills beyond their core responsibilities. The work environment is collaborative, colleagues are supportive, and there are opportunities to interact with international clients and partners. I have been able to strengthen my business development, digital marketing, content creation, and customer relationship management skills while working on meaningful projects. The company values innovation and continuously explores new technologies, making it an exciting place for professionals who enjoy learning and contributing to business growth.

Cons

As with many growing organizations, processes and priorities can evolve quickly, requiring employees to be adaptable. Improved documentation and more structured internal communication could further enhance efficiency as the company continues to expand.

Pros

-Wonderful Team -Exciting Projects - One of the few robotics companies in the nation which has potential to breakthrough to success

Cons

An Utter failure of a CEO is leading the company. That is the one and only and Major con. - A completely incompetent CEO who lies to the employees, who lies to his clients without any hesitance. - Believes himself to be the father of robotics in the UAE (won’t be a surprise if he claims to be so) - The interview with him at first time was very interesting. It has him going on and on about how great he was for one and half hours non stop. (I should’ve noted the red flag then) - A whopping Zero leadership skills (He is not able to lead or train someone even if his life depends upon it) - An absolute train wreck in terms of Management Skills - An amazing lack of skill to Coach someone. His only coaching method is glorifying himself and his past accomplishments to your face until you are motivated by HIS success. - Cannot Handle criticism, mistakes from employees and/or pressure situations from Clients. Goes into complete nervous breakdown mode and starts into yelling, screaming and blaming. - There is no Organisational Management but an organisational ‘circle’ where everyone whether it be an executive, engineer, manager or even GM, you report directly to the CEO. - ‘Management’ here is synonymous to CEO. There is no management decision. Instead there is one guy makes a decision today that overturns his own yesterday’s decision. A Circus Clown can run and make better decisions than the CEO
