Cons
While Edelman looks great on a resume, I would not recommend working here for more than 2 years. In my time here in a more specialized field, I felt extremely ostracized and under valued. My managers (in less than 2 years I had 4 managers because everyone kept quitting) frequently had zero idea what I was doing because of a lack of experience from those in AD+ level roles. Processes here are extremely unclear: from client scope, HR policies, annual reviews, in office policy, and the list could go on. It is very cliquey here. If you’re not on the big accounts, you will be left out. I felt extremely free after I left this company and moved on, finally receiving positive feedback for doing a good job.
