Good company - Manager Eden Futures Employee Review

The service users and few staff who really care. Has given insight into a private care company, I'll never work in private care again. You can bully and verbally abuse all you want and not get sacked!

Do not work for this company if you actually care! This is a place for those who prefer to sit on their behinds gossiping or bullying each other and clients. Appalling training, invisible manager, no staff support, no thanks, no back up, debilitating service users, no consistency of care, no response to repeated concerns raised. Policies not followed by management, area management overrules then denies it, leaving workers in between a rock and a hard place. Some of those employed need more support than the clients! Company values? Don't make me laugh. Just add 'unless we don't like it' to each one.

The pay is somewhat fair
