Great work for great, high-profile companies. An excellent, high- caliber, friendly and fun team. Career progression - seemed very meritocratic, great line management, lots of opportunities to stretch and develop

Lack of clear direction from top management. A late, bad hire right at the top (actually a couple) pretty much wrecked the company and lots of people left. Varied experiences I heard of re: line management - dependant on who it was.
