      Amazing talented kind co-workers who really are like family. Meaningful projects that make you feel fulfilled. Opportunity to learn and grow and network in the industry.

      Cons

      Unorganized CEO. Low pay for the position (however fair-ish in the industry in the country). Sometimes overworking.

      Discrimination based on gender, appearances and values Communication style Poor management 12-20 hrs unregulated working hours with the management of the company calling my personal phone number at 1 am
