- Because it's a small company, you get the opportunity to influence decisions - Cool industry to work in

- Micro-managing, going through your activity reporting line by line every single day - Leadership can never seem to get on the same page, lots of back and forth - Leadership does not seem to accept or acknowledge when they make a bad decision or things are not working - Lack of diversity in the workplace, and seems no intention to change that - It's a boys club, prepare for talk about sports and oggling women - Lack of benefits, no 401k, only 7 holidays and 14 days of PTO but they seem upset when you take off time - Lack of support and resources, if you ask for them prepare to be shut down with no explanation
