" Actions are louder then words" Management and Team Leads (most not all) are fostering a work environment through their actions that support exactly the opposite of what is spoken, The Leads priority was not in the Quality and but in the Quantity, It was more important to do get through as many files as possible they it was to do make sure results were of the highest quality.
