Since it carries Infosys DNA, if you know what that means. All hard work and long hours does not stop managers from picking at you if you do not complete 8 hrs on one of days! WFH is something they are not willing to give you even in state of emergencies. Some managers suffer from performance anxiety and do not feel shy to transfer their burdens on reportees even if they are good. Work is beneath quality, atleast in Design team it will add nothing to your portfolio. Sure they aspire to get higher, but they lie about it during interviews creating a pretty picture which does not exist. Posing themselves as different from Infosys is a huge farce. Mostly senior resources are being paid same package as fresher, I was surprised to find.
