No Fixed working hours (Or what you will be told by the HR , there is a fixed 9.15 work hour system here) Unlimited Work for home (Or what you will be told by the HR, youll be dropped in a project with zero WFH options) Good Infra (As expected from infosys) Uniform designation scaling ( Hard to tell what you earn looking at your designation :P , good or bad is upto you to decide) Salary is like 5% better than infosys Flexible leaves policy.
Cons
Leader with no vision of the product. Incompetent managers. (People who worked for 15 years in infosys have just been imported in ev as managers, Most dont know how stuff works and have an insane expectation from the employee) Fickle Senior Management , there is no clear idea who is leading the company. No one holds any accountability for any decisions taken. No useful products aside from finnacle , thats the only money spinner they have, their automation projects are a sham. Zero Onsite opportunities, People from Infosys are sent to onsite for Ev projects. No Hike , Performance linked compensation is on the Lowe end than infosys
