* Techincal infrastrcture is very poor , even on being a multi billion doller company , they are very stingy on spending a dime on technology infra. Peolple have to beg and followup with the IT guys to get one decent laptop , which very sad state for a company of such reputation , even on notifying the upper management , I had to wait for 6 months to get one decent working latop. * Management is still in service oriented mind set, all the rewards and recognitions are for the service teams , product teams doesn't even have a say in decision making and commitments made to the customers * Very low hike; there is a queue for promotions * Very low transparency , higer management makes a decision and product teams have to just nod . * Doesn't follow agile , everything is dependent on customer needs and customer service teams needs
