Established company with backing of Infosys. So job security is there. Nothing else.
Cons
No Salary Hike for 3-4 years in a row. The hike u will get during hike will get nullified very soon. Pathetic Variable pay. Mostly in the range of 50-60 percent even for high performer. Some are very old employees who could not switch in last 7-10 years. Only they know some part of product and are treated like gods. All the good talent leaves org as soon as they realize the scam this company does in 2-3 years of employment. So learning is negligible as there is vast knowledge gap between new and old employees, which leads to very toxic work environment. WFH flexibility is there but only with proper justification. Zero hikes for employees with less than 3 years in company, very low variable pay. Even if u get hikes it is hardly 2-3 percent..So financially they you will become a loser in life.
