Pros
The sky’s the limit in how much you can earn here. Sales is extremely lucrative, especially if you already have experience. My paycheck practically doubled when I started here and I haven’t seen a single dip in the past 3 years. Apparently, cosmetic surgery has become a necessity that people won’t give up even in a pandemic.
Cons
Working in sales is NOT for everyone. This is more of a warning than a “con” but I feel like it needs to be said. So many kids come in here thinking they can just pick it up and start raking in the cash, but 1) you need to be a people person, 2) you need to be able to turn on the charm, 3) at the end of the day, you need to be able to close the sale. Just being good looking isn’t going to cut it. I’m giving you fair warning so you don’t get your hopes dashed after just one week of wondering why your looks aren’t closing deals for you.
