Cons

Longer hours (10 - 12) depending on what you are used to, and potentially taking shifts at night hours due to 24/7 nature.

Pros

The healthcare that's really it.

Cons

The management is absolutely terrible, doesn't care about employees hires new people every 3 weeks cause that can't keep anyone or they fire u for breathing on count one instead of two.
