Edifecs had the best wellness program and the office was gorgeous! Almost all of the leadership was great,

Emails went into a black hole for a lot of people, sometimes people were promoted who really shouldn't have been.

Used to be a great org.

Edifecs sold it's soul to Cotiviti. Cotiviti pays its employees WAY less than Edifecs did so many talented people saw the writing on the wall and left or were laid off. Edifecs senior leaders and board pretended to care about people until they saw $$$$$$. Run away. This org only cares about profit. Not people.
