I had the pleasure of working with Edifice Solutions for the past 2.5 years. In my personal opinion, I would say that I had a great overall experience working at Edifice. The people and culture were highlights of my experience. Everyone seemed to get along and truly made a welcoming environment. I still have fond memories of the social gatherings like the Holiday party and the Thanksgiving potluck. While Edifice is still relatively young and at times hectic, this actually promoted fast growth potential if you were willing to learn. In other words, you were expected to wear multiple hats, and were greatly appreciated if you stepped up, which enriched my overall growth. Speaking from a young professional's perspective, I greatly appreciated the opportunities Edifice allowed me to undertake. Edifice never shied away from letting young talent lead while being mentored from more experienced colleagues. If you were willing to step up, the opportunities were there. My last and final thoughts, I am truly grateful to the CEO for her mentorship and sincere interest in my personal growth as a professional and person. Like the old adage goes, "You get out what you put in"....I can't complain.

Not walking distance of much (food, gas station, etc), but everything is about 8 minute drive away.
