Management are all bullies. Mean, vindictive with brittle egos. Inveterate name droppers. Only care about their own careers and accumulating power. If you are one of "them", great. If not-you are toast. Doesn't care about ACTUAL results for members. If CEOs get to go to a D.C. meeting with politicals then it's a big "win." Even though NOTHING was accomplished.
