Pros

Cons
Honestly a huge culture of harassment and bullying that gets totally ignored. It's a total boys club and the company needs to address the issues that comes from this urgently. I've always worked in customer service but some of the customers in this industry are like nothing I've ever experienced before - down right abusive and management will always side with them. Nothing you do will ever be enough and constant pressure is always being put on you to work more hours and hit higher numbers - totally at the expense of any staff morale and anybody having a work-life balance Very infantile systems and procedures that other company's were using in the 90s. Given they are trying to implement new systems but this is in a very weird dictatorial way and is undermining the whole "profit centres work like an individual business" model Profit share is decided only by your manager with no sort of tangible method of measuring such as proportion of salary, KPIs and results etc, it's purely whatever they feel like - if your manager doesn't like you you're screwed Yes there's no denying you can earn a lot of money but this came at the expense of my work life balance and made me so miserable, hence why I left. Maybe certain people would thrive but I know when I left many were also at breaking point
