All I have to say is Run. If you're not in the tight knit circle of management, they will treat you like a peasant. Then turn around and lie about your work ethics to other companies. They have no soul. They say they care, but they don't. They will tell you what you want to hear, then fabricate a story and put your name in. Or if something was actually done by an employee, they will change that employees name to yours. If you do decide to work there, dont give them your all. They will never show you loyalty. The owner of the company was amazing until he let Eric, Amanda, and Will take over now its just a dumpy place. There is tons of favoritism, dont let them tell you there isn't. They have a high employee turnover rate. You could work there for almost 3 plus years, but you better keep your mouth shut. If you disagree on something, it doesn't matter. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
