great experience - Data Analyst Edovo Employee Review

Over the last few years, the team has found it's footing, it's direction and truly been a wonderful place to work. In years passed there has been challenging leadership dynamics and direction which had led to a tense workplace. The leadership of Edovo has worked hard to bring clarity and cohesiveness to the team and it's been successful. As a longtime employee, I have not been happier at Edovo than in the last handful of years.

We are a remote first company. This can be hard for some that like to be in person/thrive on that environment. We do not have a HQ to gather in anymore. We're intentional about pay - so if you're looking for a business competitive pay, Edovo is not the place. We more closely align with large non-profit salaries.

Every person was super helpful, welcoming and willing to take time out of their day to help an intern. You could have a conversation with anyone, no matter level of seniority, and actually get to know them. Employees are constantly discussing a variety of social justice issues, not just prison reform, and are clearly dedicated to improving outcomes for incarcerated folk.

Keeping in mind this was a couple years ago, but I felt that the people in charge of me had the time to check in on me and give advice, entirely due to their heavy workload. Although interns aren't the biggest priority, I got the sense that employees were stretched thin.
