Feel lonesome at times with no in person meet ups.

The people who were around me were great and cared about the work & about the students. There was also a good work-life balance, and no stigma around time off.

Everything was disorganized. There were a lot of initiatives that were quickly undertaken and abandoned, which was stressful and confusing. There are also a few people who make working difficult because of the constant change, and their thought processes sometimes seem random. Also, there was almost no room for growth and upward mobility.
