Pros
A few of the supervisors are sympathetic.
Cons
Management is a complete mess. I took this as a seasonal position bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and barely lasted til April. I think they assume this is most people's first job so they don't have anything to compare it to, and then they treat you horribly as a result. I was moved across teams three or four times before the position ended and supervisors were generally not helpful or sympathetic, despite how taxing working in a call center is. Supervisors would frequently give generic AI responses to your questions that didn't help at all. Your time is micromanaged down to the second. Supervisors are breathing down your neck day in and day out until you actually have a question, and then they're nowhere to be found. The HR department was extremely underhanded as well as they overpaid our bonus and subsequently deducted it from our paycheck. They also will flag you repeatedly for attendance issues which never actually happened. Training was not helpful either and only prepared me for the bare minimum of the job, with actual helpful training coming out months into the position after the fact. The training is entirely AI generated which was the cherry on top of this dumpster fire. This job legitimately deteriorated my mental health.
