Pros
Most of the staff is very nice and fun to work with. The owner is very nice and personable. I also learned how to use some very out dated computer software.
Cons
This company is dying. Their lack of leadership and vision is pulling them down along with market competition. The software was old and outdated. Their expectations were incredibly out of touch with reality. I was hired to do one job and expected to do a completely different job. There was no formal training. Very poor communication and leadership. I would not waste any time on ESI and would not even bother applying. They may be out of business tomorrow.
