We’d like to address the concerns you've raised regarding the termination process, as well as diversity and inclusion here at Educe. At Educe, we use a continuous performance feedback approach. Our feedback process includes regular 1:1’s with managers, quarterly Performance Evaluation Questionnaires to gather transparent feedback from teammates and clients, and formal year-end reviews. When performance issues arise, we work closely with that individual to set clear expectations and regularly provide constructive feedback and coaching to help the employee improve. Any decisions that are made to terminate employment are not taken lightly and we conduct a thorough review of each situation before taking action. After a decision has been made and communicated, we do ask that equipment be immediately turned off and returned to us. This is for security and privacy reasons both for Educe and our clients.
