Mentality is so low No team work No appreciation for good work

I don't like the work culture there , bad leave policies, 6 days working in a weak as a trainee however no training was provided as they will tell you at the time of joining. Overall bad experience (I joined worked there for a week but Im not satisfied from work culture)
