❌ Lack of clear career growth & mentorship. ❌ Salary & incentives often delayed without notice. ❌ High work pressure with unrealistic expectations. ❌ No proper documentation or structured workflow. ❌ HR & management do not address employee concerns.

Hr are good , but Magnifying glass needed to find a pro in this company, yes work life balance is good because no work is here

Poor management! Poor marketing, poor business strategy ! If we go to a biriyani stall , we find biriyani , with chicken chap , salads , cold drinks , but here ! He we have only one thing to sell is that one course and that is full stack development course ! Few will know about Edureify ! We rarely know . Wastage of self time which is important! Wastage of time and money of the ceo ! Will definitely ask the owner to stop this company and to open a tea stall in Delhi , Kolkata and one is US ! he will earn better ! Every month employees are joking and putting resignation! If someone ask a question about it ! Better to join and feel the environment of the company! Last month 5 sales happened in all over India ! Imagine, this company’s revenue is 7.5 lakhs in last month of 2023 !
