None at all. Initially you will think that they are nice and sweet and what not. But that would be your worst decision ever.
Cons
They donot pay salaries.Work here at your own risk.I repeat you will regret. They donot have any communication at the company, you have to beg them to get your salary and to know what is happening in the company. No proper management, even the kid's parents do not get replies from them, let alone the teachers.
